Esparza is 15 people strong, and proud of it. We are nimble and personal, and we punch above our weight class. We are a small-agency hand-holding service with big-agency jaw-dropping strategy and creative. We are passionate, empathetic, intelligent and enthusiastic. We are a trusted partner for brands big and small and we are eager to help conquer your challenges.

What Esparza isn’t? We aren’t a niche agency, though we’re sized like one. We aren’t a flash in the pan, we aren’t a startup, we aren’t buzzwords with no substance, and we aren’t afraid of a challenge. Most importantly, we aren’t a nameless, faceless group that you cross your fingers and hope works out. We are a personable team of professionals who take pride in knowing and understanding our clients and their needs.

Our Founder

With an extensive background in finance and human resources, Del ensures that any solution Esparza proposes is first designed to solve your business challenges—rather than simply meeting your momentary marketing needs. Del began his career at IBM and later advanced to a marketing position with DuPont and Conoco Oil Corporation in Houston, Texas. Transferring his talents to the healthcare arena, he worked for multiple regional and national providers before founding Esparza. He is committed to fostering healthy relationships with every client, based on his core philosophy that it is only through great relationships that great creative occurs.

Del Esparza | CEO & Founder

Del founded Esparza in 2000 to provide strategic marketing, advertising and business solutions to a broad range of national public and private clients. A native of Albuquerque, Del acquired his marketing expertise at companies including IBM, DuPont and Conoco.

Roberta Edwards Clark | CFO & Principal

Roberta keeps our financial house in order, managing contracts, billing and logistics with an unwavering eye for detail. In 2014, she was named an agency Principal. Her financial acumen and meticulous nature have played an integral role in Esparza’s continued growth.

Lindsey Lubenow | Vice President of Media and Accounts

Lindsey is a quick-thinking media strategist who keeps a close pulse on emerging trends and markets. In the agency business since 2007, Lindsey brings extensive experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, automotive, tourism, gaming and retail.

Heather Apodaca | Vice President of Brand Strategy

A writer and content strategist, Heather has been published in multiple publications, including New Mexico Magazine, the Santa Fe New Mexican and People en Español. She helps brands tell their stories and connect with consumers through smart content strategies and strategic messaging.

Jamie Rushad Gros | President of Innovation

Jamie leads our creative and digital teams with vision and verve. His is that rare combination of artist and scientist, data nerd and creative virtuoso. With 20 years of experience in marketing, he is also a champion of innovation.

Tonya Martinez | Director of Project Management

A Jill-of-all trades, Tonya somehow manages to do it all while never letting a detail slip by unnoticed. As the Director of project management and media support, she keeps the creative cats herded and on deadline, and ensures our media budgets are always in tip-top shape.

Kiki Lopez | Office Manager & Executive Support

Kiki possesses a unique talent for orchestrating people with pluck and grace. She keeps the entire office on track and organized. And she does it with flair. From supporting the executive team to running the intern program, Kiki is a true asset to the Esparza team.

Dylan Greenhaus | Senior Digital Specialist

For Dylan, digital marketing was an interest that quickly became an obsession. After graduating from the University of New Mexico in 2019, he launched a digital marketing agency designed to help small businesses get a leg up on their competition during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, he helps Esparza’s clients stay on the cutting-edge of digital marketing trends and platforms. Dylan spends his free time snowboarding, camping, watching anime and playing with his two dogs, Lulu and Marcy.

Danielle Rodriguez – Senior Account Executive

Danielle is a seasoned marketing professional with 10 years of diverse experience. She has excelled in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, finance, home improvement, gaming, and healthcare. Danielle is certified in Google Search and Display, Analytics, and Tag Manager, and she is an expert at achieving results while focusing on ROI. She is best known for building strong connections with her clients, adding a personal touch to her strategic planning, and showing that she truly cares about their success.

Cheyenne Quintana | Account Executive

Cheyenne possesses an innate curiosity and drive that make her an asset on any account. She started at Esparza as an intern and quickly rose through the ranks to an account coordinator and now an account executive. She loves tackling a new challenge and is a tenacious advocate for her clients. In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, camp, and attend a good rock show.

Tiffany Bornmann | Account Executive

A native New Mexican, Tiffany is defined first and foremost by her eagerness to problem solve. Her inquisitive attitude garners her the ability to seek solutions that are smart, simple and surprising. A champion for “what’s next?”, she endlessly searches for anything that delivers creative excellence and transforms client relationships.

Grady Harrell - Account Coordinator

An Albuquerque native, Grady has a passion for growing impactful relationships and ensuring effective outcomes. He graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University in 2022, acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising. An emerging professional in the industry, Grady joined the Esparza team in 2023. Grady’s experience is enriched by a seven-year tenure in sales and customer service, which is further strengthened by his aptitude for strategic planning and social media management.

Anna Oprisch | Senior Designer + Junior Copywriter

When the world of graphic design knocked on Anna’s door, she welcomed it wholeheartedly. An Ohio native and Cleveland State graduate, Anna brought her passion for design to New Mexico, where she spent a year getting her hands dirty as an Americorp Volunteer at Habitat for Humanity. She then continued on as a freelance designer with a heart for non-profits, small businesses and publication design. Whether she’s building a brand or building a house, she loves bringing people’s visions to life. She’s also an avid foodie, thrifter, and traveler.

Mario Diaz Bustamante – Graphic Designer

Being a creative is in Mario’s blood. As a designer, he has collaborated with a variety of clients and loves manifesting their vision and big ideas.

Mario’s work has contributed to the success of brands like Los Angeles International Airport, University of California in San Francisco, New Mexico Department of Transportation, Anderson Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, Marble Brewery and many others. His focus is to create one-of-a-kind visual brand identities that add value to companies.

Tyler Quintana | Full-Stack Developer

Tyler is a skilled and passionate web developer with a background in business administration. He possesses a Business, Associate of Arts degree from Central New Mexico Community College, and is a graduate of the CNM Ingenuity Full-Stack Developer bootcamp. He cut his teeth in website development as an intern at Esparza and quickly graduated to becoming a full-time developer.

Tyler has a passion for the transformative power of technology in shaping a business’s online presence. He thrives in a fast-paced environment where he can tackle challenges and develop solutions for clients’ website needs on a daily basis.
